Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using TC Chat (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
TC Chat provides a B2B platform for sending and receiving WhatsApp Business messages, integrating with CRM systems such as LeadVertex, and automating customer communication based on order status changes.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or content that violates Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or Commerce Policy.
- Send harassing, fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful or harmful content.
- Message users who have not opted in to receive communications from your business.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls or WhatsApp's quality rating system.
- Reverse-engineer, resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
Violations may result in immediate suspension of your account and may be reported to Meta.
5. WhatsApp Business compliance
You acknowledge that messages sent through the Service are subject to Meta's policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Business Policy and Commerce Policy. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages, for collecting valid opt-in from recipients, and for honoring opt-out requests.
6. Fees
Fees, if any, are agreed separately in your subscription or commercial agreement. Meta's WhatsApp conversation charges are passed through and remain your responsibility.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if your usage threatens the stability or security of the Service, or if required by law or by Meta. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any specific message will be delivered. WhatsApp message delivery depends on Meta and on the recipient's device and network.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
